Morgan Philbin is an Associate Professor at UCSF in the Division of Health and Society; within Amend she is focusing on women’s health and wellness. Her work explores how social policies and exposure to the criminal legal system shape substance use and HIV/AIDS- related outcomes. She’s particularly interested in the impact of social policies and programming on youth and young adults and women. Morgan received in BA from Wesleyan University and her Masters and PhD in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
